Was hoping for, but wasn't expecting the foundation walls to be coated with tar. In addition there is also a foundation wrap applied to the sections adjoining living space.
HAAA I agree with Noey!! I am SO SO SO SO jealous of all these basements! I always had basments growing up but down here there are only a very few towns that can have them. Looking great!!!
